The trouble with that idea is that with globalization as it is, there is no way that ISIS could prevent it from getting to them as well. This sounds like proposing that the Global Warming problem is caused by terrorists. Global warming effects everyone.

I have more faith in our medical community than in the federal and state bureaucracies that regulate it.
