My advise would be to rent somewhere around Sumter Landing. It really is about in the middle. You're close to Sumter Landing Square and the other 2 squares are each about the same distance from there. Sumter is also a very busy square where you can meet and talk to a lot of people and get a lot of good information.
The area you might be interested in would really depend on if you wanted a new home or a resale.
Everything on here is great advice. It would definitely be good if you could at least come for 2 weeks. That way you have time to look and time to play !!
If you don't get the Daily Sun delivered to you, you may want to look into that. There's a lot of good info about the restaurants, activities & entertainment that we have.
