I saw TV 7 years ago when I came to visit a friend. I inherently knew there could never be a place, that was as wonderful, as this is. I never investigated another retirement community as, "after you seen the best", you know then there is the rest.

I saved myself a lot of time and energy but not checking into other retirement communities. Some people may select different 55 plus communities for various reasons like it's too big, etc, but this one, is the only one for me. As my son said to me after a visit, "this place is perfect for you, Dad".

Happy as a frog could be. "RIVET".
