I think you may need to raise the amount paid; if I am reading your post correctly that is b/t 100-125 for a 36 (7-7 3 days) that comes out a little less than 3.50 per hour. Something else to consider, will your daughter be providing food for caregiver to feed grandchild? Once again, good luck.
