The Carnival Magic was not allowed to dock at Cozumel, Mexico. They sailed back to their home port of Galveston, Texas. I did not see that they were supposed to dock in Costa Rica. Cozumel was the only stop they were not allowed to make.

Passengers were all given a $200 refund on this trip and a 50% voucher on any upcoming Carnival cruise.
