Jeez, i have to read legal documents every day of my life but this is one confusing issue. I guess it all comes down to how much the new Activity committees will need to do their job in perpetuity. The amounts mentioned by Morse seem huge but (knowling the way any developer works) I'm sure that they are the bare minimum to satisfy the class action suit.
