Default Long Island Home Wanted
Please advise if you or someone you know may have a home on Long Island for sale in the Smithtown School district. This is for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. They would prefer 3+ bedrooms, 2+ baths with a lot size of .25+ acres. The yard must be flat with room for a play structure. The buyers are pre-approved and are flexible with their closing date.
