Couple trespassed from Katie Belle’s after police called to scene

A couple was trespassed from Katie Belle’s on Friday night after complaints from patrons that the couple had engaged in sexual activity. Lady Lake police were called to the Villagers-only club on Spanish Springs Town Square at about 9:30 p.m. The couple in question were reportedly the guests of a Villager. To be trespassed from a site does not include criminal charges and there were no arrests in the incident, according to Lady Lake police.

What is the difference between "trespassed from" and "evicted from"?
