IMO it only bother's the ones that had bankers hours.
For us that had to get up early it don't matter.
It's only going to be light so long and dark so long no matter what the clock says.
For Me I am retired I only look at clock when I need to be somewhere at certain time. Plus I still have the 4:00 alarm clock in my head from getting up at 4:00am working for 50 years.
IMO just another think to hate.
