I am surprised at the problems you are having with the Direct TV schedule. We went from Comcast to Direct TV about 2 months ago and could not be happier with their responses. In the last couple of months we have called them a couple of times and in each cast they responded on time and did all they could to make sure we were happy. We always called Direct TV at (352)553-4921 and spoke to Deborah. Also Alan is one of their tech's and he has been terirific.
