Why are you happy about swimmers not being able to use the pool for its intended use of lap swim, combo swim, and all the other aquatics classes that we all use the sports pools for?
As far as I know, sports pools are
sometimes reserved on Sunday afternoons and not on other days. Even that is too much private party use when it's already hard to get a lap lane when classes are done for the day and darkness comes at 5pm.
