She really has gall.
The only discussion I am aware of is for Eisenhower Sports Pool to replace their Open water volleyball with a Reserved court system. The Open water volleyball was causing a headache for the staff. People were arguing over who gets what court, who can play on their team, etc. If there were Advance players playing during the Open time slot a beginner could not be barred from playing with them. It disrupted the game and was potennially dangeous for the beginner. With the reservation system you can play with fellow players of the same skill level and there will be no arguing over who gets what court. About 2 months ago there were 100 players who showed up for Open play and the pool capacity is 85.
