I would appreciate a warning because I might inadvertently go a little over the speed limit. But I might not give a warning because it's just not a habit of mine. I probably wouldn't think of it. But if I did think of it, it's likely that I might do it.
If you don't like people giving warnings because you want speeders to be caught, you could give the flasher the finger.
