I need to visit with my attorney friends and see if this situation can qualify as a basis for harassment? it is this type of behavior that angers people. How can you hold respect for anyone that abuses their authority? This post and the earlier post where a member described a cop in waiting in the Village of Winifred are classic examples of an abuse of power.
