Tamarind Grove neighborhood pool has a gate, but it is not a gate that requires a pass to open. It has a simple lift-latch. I believe all neighborhood pools have them. The bathroom(s) there are one person at a time facilities. If no one was there, perhaps one guy used the ladies' room rather than wait.

The country club pools (open to those with priority subscriptions) have an attendant and those entering must present their Villages ID for scanning. The bathrooms there have multiple stalls.

The sport pool I attend for aerobics classes (Laurel Manor) has a gate and an attendant, but the bathroom/shower areas are accessible without entering the pool. It was there I passed a guy exiting with his dripping dog. I suspect he washed his (large) dog in the women's shower.
The arrogance of that annoyed me. A worker using the loo is not a problem…. but someone leaving a 'filthy' mess behind is a different issue.
