You couldn't pay me to take a shower at the sports pool. I'm not overly concerned about one of the workers barging in for a peek, I'd be more worried about Villager barging in for a quick peek.
As to more public restrooms in the squares or shopping centers, get real. One, it would take up space needed for shops and parking. Two, the distance would be too great for most workers to get to the bathroom, use the toilet and return to the worksite. Three, most employees of lawn maintenance personnel ride in their supervisor's vehicle. I really can't see the supervisor being willing to go out of the scheduled route for a worker to use a toilet when there are easily accessible, legal facilities available.
