Just because one has/must use a 'key card' does not insure they are of good character.
The real point, is that the developer is in charge and has chosen to allow workers to use the facilities. It is unfortunate if that troubles your sense of security.
To my knowledge there have been no attacks in restrooms here in the long history of our community. If there were, I am certain the news would spread like wildfire. I would invite any real knowledge of dangerous restroom episodes occurring here. I think we all would.
There are people of questionable intent in this world. They can live anywhere and look common, weird or wonderful.
Allowing a guy who works hard for a living, under company supervision, to use a public bathroom when needed is how it is done here.
