I could see partially shading some of the pools against the midday sun, but some folks would complain about that

Your right that's why when the Developer owned the Wellness Center he refused to do anything with the indoor pool leaving many people angry. However the upkeep was astronomical.
also bear in mind that the amenities suit filed by district 5 was dismissed and if I understand the complaint essentially our amenities are going to be stretched thinner because its fundng the bond issue which it should not have
So before residents start making demands they may want to look at our income and expense statements first
