Carl Bell, the man who is proposing the enclosed pool, represents the Amenities Authority Committee (AAC) which only has the authority of how amenities are spent north of CR466. The AAC grew out of the $40 million dollar settlement that the developer paid. The article was unclear whether any other committee members support the enclosed pool.
