also bear in mind that the amenities suit filed by district 5 was dismissed and if I understand the complaint essentially our amenities are going to be stretched thinner because its fundng the bond issue which it should not have

If you are referring to the amenities suit filed by the POA Vice President and friends, Case #2014-CA-00429, it has not been dismissed, latest action was filed 10/28/2014 "PLAINTIFFS MOTION TO CHANGE STYLE OF CASE".
