Losing weight can do it. I went from 223 to 208 and my blood pressure dropped from 138/95 to 120/80. Those readings were both taken by physicians and I experience white coat fever sometimes. Most of my life I have hit the gym about 4 days per week and done both weights and cardio. Little has changed that way except that at age 72 I can not do what I did as a youngster of 60. I still do not have to take any meds whatsoever and pretty much eat whatever I want to eat although I tend to follow a healthy diet.
