I would also add.
I think a golf cart seat belt law would help keep people safe but the suggeston will anger others. I also think a bike helmet law would help keep bikers safe but will anger others too. Enforcing these laws would raise revenue and also keep people safe more so then a rolling stop with a golf cart.
