I guess you can but it's only 24.95 and is the correct height. You order a 7 inch unit for a 15 inch toilet and a 9 inch unit for higher toilets. My toilet is 17 inches including the seat so I ordered a 9 inch squatty.
Try to make a stool using your step stool.
