She mentioned it to the waiter and he said should I get you another one and she said no. She ate the entrée. When the bill came she asked if anything was taken off the bill. So make sure if you find a hair or bug in your meal save it for the entrée. I can't believe they bus people in to here, never again.

You should have gotten the manager over to talk to you. Things like that can happen at any restaurant.
