Define who is lying? If you mean the racially biased "no respect for the law or the truth" residents/witnesses of the projects where this happened, the "stand by for breaking news in Ferguson" media, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder or the POTUS, you're spot on.
