"We represent twelve men currently detained at the United States Naval Station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. All have been detained for more than a decade. None have been charged with any crimes. From 2009 to 2012, we litigated the cases of seven clients in federal district court, the court of appeals, and the Supreme Court. The district court found that five of the seven were unlawfully detained and ordered their release; one was released and allowed to return home, while the other four victories were overturned by the court of appeals. We prepared three petitions for certiorari to the Supreme Court, all of which were denied……"
