WOW! That is unbelievable since I just spent over 3 HOURS over 2 days trying to talk to a real person with Comcast that could explain to me why our bill had gone up over 16% within the last 3 months and over 34% just this year!.

I finally got a reduction in the bill [about $50 per month] but it took 3 hours of my life away and all my patience to get it. I had to commit to a 2 year contract to get it so I hope it is worth it.
