I'm with RW, a little goes a long way with halibut.
Try this universal broiling sauce with ANY type of fish.
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 lemon wedge, squeezed
tobasco to taste
brush fish with sauce, garnish with fresh parsley, and very lightly sprinkle with paprika
add any other spice that you like...
I have a wonderful recipe for little necks and shrimp d'aliole. Any takers?
