As everyone said, take your time if you are not sure.
You should rent for a month and get a chance to see & experience everything.
We have lived here 14 1/2 years. We were here 1 hour and bought a lot to build. One of the best things we ever did.
If I was single, I would definitely live here.
Once you get involved a little, you would be surprised how many wonderful people you meet.
