Default Real Estate Article

FYI:

This morning there is a featured article "A New Kind of Ghost Town" on msn.com that is well worth reading for those who are looking at retirement communities throughout the country.

The article covers different kinds of new housing developments but has some focus on retirement communties that are springing up with plans to capture the baby boom market.

The perfect storm that has been brewing for brand new retirement communities is beginning to hit. The overall real estate market problems coupled with the fact that many boomers will be working longer for various reasons, especially to hold on to health insurance, is taking its toll on what many developers thought was a ripe and ready market.

The main thing that attracts us to TV, where we are likely to buy eventually, is the fact that it is already mostly developed. And while its size can seem a little daunting at times, we consider that to be an advantage. Even so, there are still lots of things to consider before making such a large and important investment, and we have to take our time.

Anyway, I thought those of you who like to read about real estate might want to take a look at the msn.com article.
