One of the problems is:

As you go around the circles there is a dotted line
which means you can go from one lane to the other.
So the guy in the right lane, according to the road markings, can go left!

Sorry, but between the road markings,
the signs as you approach the circles and the drivers here,
we're all lucky to still be alive.
