I have a new 3 bedroom - 2 bath courtyard villa in the village of Dunedin. It's in Kelsea Villa's. It's a 2 minute golf cart ride to the Dunedin pool. It's a 10 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood.

I'm working on getting it ready for rent, so I don't have interior pictures yet. I should have them in a few days. It's an Anaheim model. The floor plan is attached. It will be ready to rent fully furnished with all kitchen items, bedding, towels, etc. starting January 1st.

It will rent with a 2 person golf cart included.
Rent also includes taxes, all utilities and $50 guest passes
Pet policy: small dogs, no cats
It has tile in the kitchen and baths
Stainless Steel appliances
Walk in shower in MBR
50" TV in the Living room
32" TV in Master Bedroom or other Bedroom
Comcast cable TV and Wireless internet will be provided
King Bed in Master Bedroom
Queen Bed in Guest Bedroom
Single Bed and desk in 3rd Bedroom.
1 1/2 car garage
