The Manilla round about is certainly big, but the most interesting one I've ever been on is in Hemel Hemsptead, Hertfordshire, England. It consists of one large roundabout, surrounded by six mini-roundabouts - one for each of the six original junctions. And how does that work, you might ask? Basically, each mini-roundabout is treated just like a normal roundabout, with the main roundabout acting as a sort of distraction. The picture of it will give you a general idea. So whenever I get aggravated about how people drive the round abouts here in The Villages I just think of Hemel Hempstead.
