Default Re: Vista

One of the problems I encountered when I wanted to purchase a new laptop was it was pre-loaded with Vista, YUCK. I asked to have XP Pro loaded onto it instead but the tech told me they couldn't do that as they didn't have the drivers. I was :edit: :realmad: Needless to say I didn't buy a new laptop as I'm pretty happy with my current one; I just wanted the "newest" toy.

So many PC's and Laptops already come with Vista but if you shop carefully you can find machines with XP.

Another alternative is buying a custom built machine which is not as expensive as you might think. All my Desktop PC's are custom built and my Laptops are store bought.
