That office has various levels of service. A lot of their viewings are done by homeowner showing the home. Discount brokers are really just what it says they are discount in a lot of ways including SERVICE.
But on the other side there are so many lookers today with no intention of being ready to purchase or have a home to sell I can understand why they may have asked the question.
