Default Enclosed lanai in the Elm model
Anyone have an elm model and enclose their lanai (with no stretches)?
Our lanai has pops in the cement. Noticed them last February. T&D came and drilled, filled and painted. Pops are back again. We are just trying to check out our options....remove and repour or cap lanai, enclose and tile. Our lanai is small so just wondering if it would look too closed in.
