I understand where Gilchrist is located. What does "unit 219" mean?

This occured in an unoccupied home?

Best idea is a monitored burglar alarm with a loud (125 db) siren both inside and outside the home. No burglar is going to stayin a house with a blaring alarm siren even long enough to grab a jar of coins. The alarm sounds - the burglar skeedaddles!
