Best idea is a monitored burglar alarm with a loud (125 db) siren both inside and outside the home. No burglar is going to stayin a house with a blaring alarm siren even long enough to grab a jar of coins. The alarm sounds - the burglar skeedaddles!

I agree with the alarm horn, however i have been to a lot of security seminars and the dirtbags know that the police response is at least one minute and the door delays can be up to 30 seconds.
One and half minutes i can find a lot of stuff in a home just by going into the bedrooms. We have done time test at these seminars and you would be amazed at what you can find in a minute. Unit 210 and 209 is Gilchrist i believe i don't know what 219 is. The unit identifies the subdivisions and streets for the county. and builder.
