We have had Magic Jack for years and it does include 911 service. $20 bucks a year (may have gone up) and we can call the States from Mexico free. Canada calls are also free. We have one line with a 352 area code for home and one for traveling on our iPhone with a 518 Area Code which we no longer need so when it runs out we will not renew.
