Welcome! I hope you will be visiting Temple Shalom soon. The Villages is overwhelmingly Christmas oriented. The Villages Entertainment schedule is pure Xmas all month. Every show is a Christmas show: Irish Christmas, Bronx Christmas, Beatles Christmas etc. I've heard of Villages refusing to call their parties Holiday Parties -- only Christmas Party will do! So come to the candle lighting and meet your tribe! PM me for more info on Shalom or just meeting other couples. We are new also, arrived 10/15.
