Given this it is really going to be fun and interesting as to how far practices are installed just because they can. The mystery is how can some support a practice that wants the money up front before delivering the product? It will not impact us but it is interesting to see what social practices and behaviors are acceptable?
Kinda like a "Priority Membership" isn't it?
