When we had a thoroughbred who had surgery, the rehab place had both hydrotherapy for horses and police dogs. Maybe call the police and ask if they know of a place for police dogs?
We do have a pool but I have no idea on what to do with her in the pool. I checked and there is an equine/canine facility in Ocala. I am going to contact them today. Zuni is from Ocala and I flew down from NJ 6 years ago to pick her up.
