We have been wondering why our water bill has been so high over the past year - Well now we know. When I called Vortex this morning a very nice lady named Katie answered the phone, set up an appointment for 11:00 AM and called just before the plumber arrived. Very professional, congenial and the best part the entire bill was only $150.00. Brad had to use a jack hammer to break through the sidewalk to find the leak. And cleaned up all the mess.
I would recommend Vortex Plumbing (352) 753-4636 and probably Katie will answer.
AGREED. Since wasn't particularly impressed with Mike Scott, contacted Vortex based on your posting here. They are great. Had them out the other day for issues that should not occur with a 17-month old house, but they did a thorough job checking everything. Highly recommend, does not charge for "extras" and seems to be honest.
