Look, I love this place. I especially love the landscaping. I don't enjoy seeing a pooch pee on public flower borders, next to sidewalks…. flowers meant for our enjoyment…. but it happens. I appreciate those who keep their pets out of the flowers.
There may be those few owners who make a ritual of purposely toilet-ing their dogs in that fashion… whether it be public flowers or the neighbor's bougainvillea.
I consider those people to be ignorant slobs. They were ignorant slobs before they came here, however, and probably before they became dog owners.
But my question was for the original poster- I'd like to know what he/she would suggest.
