When I moved here, I researched the pet friendly communities only. There are "no pets allowed" communities in Florida for those that have a problem with dogs. The posts from the folks that have problems with dogs are so exaggerated that no matter what anyone says...their mind is set. They just plain don't want to see dogs in restaurants that allow pets on patios, in the squares, on the streets, at the farmers markets, ANYwhere. It's really too bad, because the dogs aren't going anywhere. Those that moved here really should have done their research. I did....which is why I'm here. In my neighborhood, most folks have dogs. We all walk our dogs. If an accident happens, it is picked up imedietly. ALWAYS! Everyone picks up. Guess I just got lucky......
