Are the Texas and Louisiana refiners going to be able to make a profit on refining the cheaper crude? The cost for refining the tar sands from Canada is significantly higher than crude oil, too. The investors are pulling out of the Canadian tar sands fields. Keystone XL would not be profitable now and with all the fracking and horizontal drilling in the US, the Keystone XL is not needed.
Interesting to Google to see who was going to make the most money from the Keystone XL.
Glad to see the lower gasoline prices again. Hope the OPEC countries keep lowering their prices so we get the cheaper gasoline. Free enterprise works!
