I was told, (but could not verify) that Tim Miller of "Tim the Toolman" fame can bring a trailer onsite and load much of your garage contents in the trailer while he does your floor. You might want to check with him on that. You could also temporarily keep some of your "stuff" in the Lanai...or you could rent a POD or an ABF relocube.
I know Tim does an excellent job doing the epoxy coatings on the garage floors. It is his speciality, along with installing attic stairs. Do a search for him here on TOTV to find his number, etc...
Make sure when you have the floor done that you use "SharkGrip" mixed into the clear coat. It is an anti slip additive. Also, if you have a model home where the utility closet, (where your hot water tank and Air Handler is) is off of your garage and you have a small amount of floor in there, that you also have that area epoxied.
This is one of those improvements that I tell folks that if they are considering having done to have it done right after closing, before you move everything in...as it avoids the problem of storage....
