I did mine myself.. I used H&C Concrete Stain Solid Color. I cleaned the floor with H&C solution, let it dry and applied the stain. Two coats when I applied the second coat I put the SharkGrip Additive. I purchased the clear coat but before I put it down I called the H&C. The H&C technician told me I would be defeating the purpose if I put a clear coat on. He said I could add the grip to the clear coat but it would look like a sand in the clear coat. The H&C tech" advised I bring back the clear coat. The other reason I did not clear coat the floor is if you do have a stain etc you can repaint that square section.
