I'm so with you there, Bare. I'm looking for one, also biweekly, that is reasonably priced, will show up when they say they will, and actually clean ALL the things in my house, like dust picture frames, wipe down cabinets in the kitchen, clean the shower, empty the trash cans in the bathroom, dust my bedframe, vacuum the ONE rug in my house. Am I asking too much? I have 2 dog beds in my bedroom. One woman thought it would be ok to take the dog bed and put it on TOP of my own human bed and bedspread while she mopped my bedroom floor. I didn't agree with that idea. Frankly, I couldn't see how she thought that dirty thing seemed like it would belong on my clean bed. Am I too picky? When I lived in PA we had the same woman clean for 11 years and never a complaint. Since we have been here we have had 3 different people come and not come back with no explanation. And charge us 25% more than we were paying in PA and do less for the money. I just don't get it. Someone please explain it to me. I don't think I'm cranky or unkind or unreasonable but I do have a standard in my head of what a cleaning person should do (show up is one of thing).
I have a 1550 sq ft villa. It's all tile. What do people pay?
