Hi GG: Īts hard to listen........is a fact but be ever present that we are all entitled to our views. If people exercised that rule disagreement would always be civil. Underlying that rule is freeing oneself of ego.
I spent my entire career educating employee staff after staff that I didn't need to be right but I did need to make the right choices so that their input was indeed valuable and indeed valuable it was right down to the file clerks.
